Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for a different item, size, or color. We encourage you to review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exceptions for Damages or Errors

We want you to love your purchase. While we do not accept returns for "change of mind," we will make things right if the fault is ours. You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  • Defective Items: The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a different item, size, or color than what was listed on your order confirmation.

To report an issue:

  • Include your Order Number and clear unboxing videos and photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Under no circumstances can the following be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, dirty, or had tags removed.
